C&W notches up 60,000 s/f in deals at Overlook in six months

More than 60,000 s/f in new tenant commitments, expansions and renewals at Overlook at Great Notch in Little Falls during the past six months punctuate a period of active leasing at the 425,000 s/f, Class A office property. According to Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., the property's exclusive marketing agent, this leasing flurry underscores the property's competitive position within Passaic County, which is drawing tenants from surrounding markets including the Meadowlands and New York City.

James L. Frank, Jeffrey A. Prezant and Adam D. Padla, all based in Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford, N.J., office, head the Overlook at Great Notch assignment. The team's latest negotiated transactions there include:

Projects In Knowledge, a medical education company, has leased 10,893 s/f. Gregg Najarian from Studley brokered the deal on behalf of the tenant.

mPhase Technologies Inc. renewed its headquarters lease and expanded its space from 5,425 s/f to 9,350 s/f. Jeff Heller and Andrew Tarvin of CBRE brokered the transaction for mPhase, which has been a tenant at Overlook at Great Notch for five years.

The Marcus Group--an advertising, public relations and crisis communications firm--leased 6,129 s/f at Overlook at Great Notch, relocating its operation from Secaucus, N.J. Dave Opper and Ed Solarsh from CBRE served as tenant representatives in the transaction.

Atrium Staffing, a niche firm focusing on direct-hire, temporary and temp-hire placement, opened a new branch office at Overlook at Great Notch. Doug Rowe of GVA Williams represented Atrium Staffing in its 2,595 s/f commitment. And Credit & Financial Services Incorporated renewed its branch office at Overlook at Great Notch.
