Harold D. Baker & Co., Inc. has arranged the following:

* First mortgage financing in the amount of $8,750,000 for 200 Business Park Drive in Armonk, N.Y. The loan was placed for the borrower, 200 Business Park Associates LLC, with RiverSource Life Insurance Company.

* First mortgage financing for two net leased properties located on Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard in East Orange, N.J. A $1,350,000 first mortgage for a 10 year term was placed with a commercial bank on a free standing drug store with a drive-in prescription center. A $1,200,000 first mortgage for a 10 year term was placed with a life insurance company on a free standing Advance Auto Parts store.
