The Community preservation Corporation (CPC) announced recent financings:

* In the Bronx, N.Y. a $2,539,000 construction loan for the new construction of three two-family homes in North Riverside. Six units will be available in total.

* In the Bronx, N.Y. construction financing of $1,458,000 for the new construction of two- and three-family homes, which will feature a total of five homes and 12 units in Baychester, Pelham Bay and Williamsbridge and Soundview.

* In Brooklyn, N.Y. a $1,450,000 loan for the new construction of three three-family homes in East Flatbush, which will contain a total of nine units.

* In Brooklyn, N.Y. permanent financing of $550,000 for the acquisition of a recently rehabilitated building located in East New York, which has five rental units.

* In Woodside, N.Y. a $5,800,000 loan that will allow for the new construction of a four-story building that contains 23 condos and 10 parking spaces.

* In Paterson, N.J. a $1,700,000 loan for the new construction of six two-family homes, which will offer a total of 12 units.

* In Trenton, N.J. $6,400,000 will pave the way to newly construct 27 identical attached single-family homes in Lakewood.
