Meridian announced the following transactions:

* A new mortgage for $60,000,000 on a multifamily complex consisting of 989 units in the Bronx. The loan featured a rate of 5.620% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Jeffrey Weinberg, David M. Rosenberg, & Rael Gervis.

* A new mortgage for $32,000,000 on an 87,550 s/f office building on Sixth Avenue in New York, NY. The loan featured a rate of 6.430% and a 10-year term. David Hayum and Eli Englard handled this transaction.

* A new mortgage for $5,848,000 on a 39-unit, 6-story elevator apartment building on Broadway in New York, NY. The loan featured a rate of 5.25% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by David Hayum.

* A new mortgage for $3,000,000 on the purchase of a 17-unit, 5 story walk-up apartment building on West 14th Street in New York, NY. The loan featured a rate of 6.125% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Carol Shelby.

* A new mortgage for $2,700,000 on a 49-unit, 9-story co-op building on West 70th Street in New York, NY. The co-op is 65% sold and the loan featured a rate of 5.640% with a 15-year term. Avi Weinstock & Steve Geller negotiated this transaction.

* A new mortgage for $2,085,000 on a 5-building mixed-use complex on Rockaway Boulevard in Jamaica, NY. The loan featured a rate of 6.57% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Russell Kimyagarov & David Hayum.
