Moinian Group signs 22,444 s/f in deals at 1450 Broadway

The Moinian Group has signed 22,444 s/f in new leases for Asset Control Systems, Greenock Capital, LLC; Adrienne Vittadini, LLC and O-Star at 1450 Broadway. Daniel Gohari, Vice President & Director of Commercial Assets, made the announcement.

"Times Square has long been considered one of Manhattan's most prestigious business addresses, offering world-class corporations unparalleled transportation and proximity to a variety of world-class theaters and restaurants," Gohari stated. "1450 Broadway offers superior opportunities to firms seeking space within this dynamic neighborhood."

Asset Control Systems, an international financial data management firm, signed a 11,398 s/f lease.

Gregory Lublin and Foti Agelopoulos of Jonathan Barry Associates, Inc. negotiated on the tenant's behalf.

Greenock Captial LLC, an investment firm, signed a 3,682 SF lease; Jacqueline Leon of City Sites Office Group represented Greenock Capital in the transaction.

Adrienne Vittadini, an international apparel firm, leased a 3,682 SF space; Monica O'Toole of Kaufman Organization represented Adrienne Vittadini in the negotiations.

O-Star, a financial services firm, signed a 3,682 s/f lease in an in-house transaction.

Gohari and Moinian Group senior director of leasing John Monaco served as the exclusive in-house leasing team.
