Sonnenblick Goldman announced that Jay Wagner has joined the firm's newly opened Boston office as vice president. Wagner's responsibilities will include originating and executing equity and debt financing transactions for the firm.
In his previous position, Wagner served as vice president at Boston-based Pappas Enterprises, where he led acquisition, finance and development activities at the company. Prior to his tenure at Pappas Enterprises, Wagner was a Principal at JMW Consulting and spent seven years at CIBC World Markets.
