Moinian Group announces 52,000 s/f in Manhattan deals

The Moinian Group has signed 52,868 s/f in renewals, expansions and new leases throughout the firm's Manhattan portfolio.

Daniel Gohari, vice president & director of commercial assets, made the announcement.

Intermedia, a global research consulting firm, leased a 14,631 s/f space at 512 Seventh Avenue. Michael Leifer of Millennium Real Estate negotiated on behalf of Intermedia; Matthew Feigen of Newmark Knight Frank represented the owner, the Moinian Group.

US Legal Support, Inc. signed a 9,150 s/f lease at 115 East 57th Street. Erie Beiehler, Gerard Pieco and Erik Willanger of Mohr Partners represented US Legal Support. Gohari and senior director of leasing John Monaco negotiated on the Moinian Group's behalf.

Gorilla Nation Medialeased a 8,270 s/f space at 460 Park Avenue. Nick Sardone of Cresa Partners represented Gorilla Nation Media in the transaction. Michael Dreizen and Andrew Udis of Newmark Knight Frank represented the Moinian Group.

Laura Davidson Public Relations renewed a 5,000 s/f space at 72 Madison Avenue. Marc O. Ellman of Ellman Realty Advisors represented Laura Davidson. Michael Dreizen and Andrew Udis negotiated on the Moinian Group's behalf.

Myriad Supply Company LLC signed a 3,000 s/f lease at 10 West 18th Street. Elliot Warren of Kaufman Organization represented Myriad Supply Company. Kimia Shadrokh, leasing associate, represented Moinian

Central Consulting & Contracting, Inc. leased 3,000 s/f at 60 Madison Avenue. Mitchell J. Grossman and Steven Wolfert of Corporate Real Estate Solutions represented Central Consulting & Contracting, Inc. Michael Dreizen and Andrew Udis negotiated on the Moinian Group's behalf.

Shobha Threading leased a 2,717 s/f space at 1775 Broadway. Stephanie Guernsey of Newmark Knight Frank negotiated on behalf of Shobha Threading. Michael Dreizen and Andrew Udis of Newmark Knight Frank represented the Moinian Group.

Dr. Celenza renewed a 2,550 s/f space at 115 East 57th Street. Herb Goldberg of Edward Warren & Co. negotiated on behalf of Dr. Celenza. Gohari and Monaco repped Moinian.
