Condo developer offers brokers the inside scoop on portfolio of properties

Real Estate Weekly,  July 11, 2007

New Jersey developer, Metro Homes LLC--which is currently constructing four new luxury residential developments in the Garden State--announced a new brokers-only website called Metro Pro, featuring "inside" information on Metro Homes' entire portfolio of properties, access to exclusive listings, floor plans, special promotions and incentives.

"The brokerage community is an integral part of our business, and we wanted to create a program that demonstrates our commitment to working closely with brokers on all of our distinctive developments," said Dean Geibel, managing partner of Metro Homes.

"Metro Pro will not only provide the most up-to-date information on The Metro Homes Collection, including Trump Plaza Jersey City, The Esperanza at Asbury Park, Metrostop, and Gull's Cove, but also offer exclusive commission incentives."

Brokers will have the opportunity to become a "Metro Pro" by visiting the Metro Homes website at www.metrohomesllc.com.

Founded in 1993, Metro Homes LLC specializes in urban development and revitalization.

The Hoboken-based company has built thousands of condominium residences in Hudson County and is at the forefront of New Jersey's "smart growth" development.

The Metro Homes Collection includes The Esperanza at Asbury Park, 224 luxury condominium residences in Asbury Park's oceanfront redevelopment district; Trump Plaza Jersey City, a spectacular enclave of luxury condominium homes; Gull's Cove, a community of 431 condominium residences that is part of a major Jersey City waterfront redevelopment effort; and Metrostop, 113 condominium homes in Hoboken, New Jersey.
