Condo developer offers brokers the inside scoop on portfolio of properties

New Jersey developer, Metro Homes LLC--which is currently constructing four new luxury residential developments in the Garden State--announced a new brokers-only website called Metro Pro, featuring "inside" information on Metro Homes' entire portfolio of properties, access to exclusive listings, floor plans, special promotions and incentives.

"The brokerage community is an integral part of our business, and we wanted to create a program that demonstrates our commitment to working closely with brokers on all of our distinctive developments," said Dean Geibel, managing partner of Metro Homes.

"Metro Pro will not only provide the most up-to-date information on The Metro Homes Collection, including Trump Plaza Jersey City, The Esperanza at Asbury Park, Metrostop, and Gull's Cove, but also offer exclusive commission incentives."
