The Staubach Company announced that its Board of Directors has expanded and made other changes to its senior management team, in conjunction with a long planned recapitalization of its corporate structure.

There have been three additions to Staubach's Board of Directors: John Gates, incoming president and COO and president of Corporate Services West, Dan Bellow, president of Corporate Services, Houston, and Steve Stratton, president of Corporate Services, Midwest in Chicago.
Roger Staubach noted, "As executive chairman, I will continue to be active on a full time basis, performing all the same duties I have been doing, including working with and on behalf of our clients and ensuring that we retain our strong values and high levels of service. As our company's operations have grown across this country, in Canada and Mexico and as our numbers approach and exceed 1500 professionals, we recognize the need to expand our national level of management.
"Elysia Ragusa and I, along with our leadership team nationally, welcome Greg O'Brien and John Gates to their new roles at Staubach, where their well established commitment and talent will be focused on helping our company provide the highest quality and innovative services to our clients and foster continued growth into the next decade and longer."
