Design firm expands on West 33rd St

Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered a 10-year, 5,011 s/f expansion at 10 W. 33rd St. for Global Design Concepts Inc., an international fashion accessory manufacturing company. The space located in The Fashion Accessories Center will increase the company's New York headquarters and be used for office and showroom purposes.
David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction. The asking price for the space was $40 per square foot.
