Kenneth Breslin, president of Breslin Realty Development Group, Garden City, New York, announced the following transactions:

* A long term lease with shirt maker, Van Heusen, for 3,500 s/f of space in Levittown Mews, Levittown, New York. Amanda Gordon represented Breslin Realty in the lease negotiations and the total aggregate rent exceeded $5 million.

* The long term lease for a 20,000 s/f store for 6th Avenue Electronics at 235 Old Country Road, Carle Place, new York. The store will anchor a shopping center that already include Red Lobster and Blinds to Go, among others. The lease transaction is in excess to $5 million.
