Barbara Raskob of The Kaufman Organization announced the following transactions at the Nelson Tower, located at 450 Seventh Avenue. Asking prices for all transactions were in the upper-$40s per-square-foot range.

* Stuart Dean Co., Inc, a current tenant at 450 Seventh Avenue, signed a five-year lease for 886 s/f of additional space to accommodate the company's expansion. Barbara Raskob represented both the tenant and the landlord.

* Software Research Group, Inc. (SRG America) signed a five-year lease for 1,700 s/f of office space. Barbara Raskob represented the landlord, while Micha Copelman of The Copelman Organization, Inc., represented the tenant in the transaction.
