SL Green Realty announced the following transactions:

* At 317 Madison Avenue, Ivy League Tutors, Inc. leased 1,277 s/f for three years. David West of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant.

* At 420 Lexington Avenue, Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Co., Inc. leased 2,270 s/f for five. Waite Buckley of Williamson Pickett Gross represented the tenant.

* At 420 Lexington Avenue, J. Smith Associates leased 1,003 s/f for six years and four months. SL Green Leasing LLC was the broker.

* At 420 Lexington Avenue, Kiplinger Washington Editors, Inc. leased 1,032 s/f for four years & two months. AI Duryea of ITRA Realty Group was the broker.

* At 420 Lexington Avenue, TSR Consulting Services, Inc. renewed their lease for 2,315 s/f for five years. SL Green Leasing LLC was the broker.

* At 317 Madison Avenue, F. Logic, Inc. leased 4,148 s/f for five years. Joshua Goldman of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. was the broker.

* At 420 Lexington Avenue, BDS Partners, LP leased 1,275 s/f for seven years. Josh Wellikoff of Bergson Strategies was the broker.

* At 609 Fifth Avenue, Shelby Cullom Davis & Co., L.P. leased 1,732 s/f for three years. Steven Pressler of Promenade Real Estate was the broker.
