Dumann Realty announced the following transactions:

* At 345 W42nd Street, Mid City Gym and Tanning LLC has signed a 15-year lease for 8,000 s/f of gym/retail space. Mid-City will move from its current location at 244 49th Street to the new 8,000 s/f facility. Frederick Faust of Dumann Realty represented Mid City Gym and Tanning LLC and the landlord was represented by Stanley Lindenfeld and Henry Goldfard of Grubb and Ellis.

* At 235 W23rd Street, Spirit Music has signed a 10 year lease on 5,000 s/f. The landlord was represented by Frederick Faust and the tenant

was represented by Michael Kaback of Midtown Commercial Realty Services.

* At 803 Ninth Avenue, NYCRG (New York City Restaurant Group) has signed a long term lease for space that will include 1000 s/f of restaurant space and 1000 s/f of basement space. The Group is expanding its presence in the Midtown-West market. Frederick Faust represented the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
