Java shop energizes condo complex

The Residences at Dixon Mills, a historic condominium conversion community in Jersey City, has been drawing droves of people since its grand opening. This summer, Port City Java will open a new franchise in the heart of Dixon Mills. The addition of Port City Java only adds more appeal to this quaint condominium community and gives residents the convenience of a great coffee shop right outside their front door. Located at the intersection of Varick Street and Christopher Columbus Drive, Port City Java will enhance the living experiences of Dixon Mills residents, members of neighboring communities and commuters traveling through on their way to the nearby Grove Street PATH Station.

The local owners of this store are Jersey City residents Troy Hill and Robbin Coachman. who are extremely excited about this new location. Hill and Coachman currently operate a Port City Java cafe in the heart of downtown New Brunswick, N.J. After falling in love with The Residences at Dixon Mills, they decided that it was time to open their second store.
