Industrial site sells in Fairfield

Colliers Houston & Co. announced the sale of 161 Dwight Place, a 33,280 s/f industrial building in Fairfield. The Colliers Houston team of senior associates Frank Kobola and James Costanzo were responsible for completing the sale on the behalf of the seller, Kobrun Investments.

Located in one of New Jersey's strategic industrial areas, 161 Dwight Place is strategically located just minutes from Interstate 80 and Route 46. The building features 8,000 s/f of office space on two floors, three loading docks and ample parking. Fabbian USA Corp., a manufacturer of high-end lighting, will fully occupy the building as its headquarters. Gene Baldechhi of Lerman Sanders Realty represented the buyer.

Kobola said, "The industrial market continues to demonstrate very strong demand for investment product."
