The Kessler Rehabilitation Institute, a former rehabilitation hospital located at 240 Central Avenue in East Orange, N.J., traded for $4.5 million. Eastern Consolidated represented the seller and buyer of the 103,000 s/f six-story property, which was delivered vacant. David Schechtman, director, represented the seller, publicly traded Select Medical Corporation and the Kessler Rehabilitation Institute, and Eastern principal Jeff Troy along with Martin Kreinman of HK Commercial Realty, represented the buyer, Joseph Rosenbaum of Diversified Capital.

Attorneys in the sale were Steve Fleissig Esq. of Herrick Feinstein for the buyer and Jason Bundick Esq. of Drinker Biddle for seller.
