NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated a lease for 52,000 s/f of industrial space at 4 Aurora Drive in Cranbury, New Jersey. NAI Hanson's senior vice president Kenneth D. Lundberg, SIOR, and director of corporate accounts Jonathan D. Stravitz, Esq., represented the landlord, Master Tenant-Graybar. CB Richard Ellis vice president Mitchell B. Katz, SIOR, represented the tenant, Staples Contract and Commercial Divisions.

"The property at 4 Aurora Drive is a premium, modern facility, which is well suited for this company's warehousing and distribution needs," said Lundberg. "With its accessibility to the major roadways and two major East Coast cities, this location is a prime choice of businesses requiring large space for storage and distribution operations."

Built in 1998, this 416,000 s/f building is located in ProLogis Park, just off Cranbury and South River Road in Middlesex County. The property is two miles from Exit 8A off the New Jersey Turnpike, and is within an hour drive from Philadelphia to the south and New York City to the north. The building offers tenants five loading docks with a 135-foot truck court. The building is 75% leased. Presently 4 Aurora Drive has 104,000 s/f of space available for a warehousing tenant with 3,000 s/f for offices.
