As mortgage officer, Mr. Logan will be responsible for finding and establishing new business opportunities in residential development as well as assisting the Bronx/Manhattan office with all current projects in the pipeline. The CPC is also pleased to announce that Joan Gauer has joined the not-for-profit's Jersey City office las a neighborhood loan officer, working with existing staff members to meet the needs of the changing market.

Gauer's role at the Jersey City office will be to provide assistance to small borrowers and to oversee neighborhood initiatives. She is currently working on the Main Street Initiative in Bayonne, working within a Special Improvement District to develop residential units above retail space. CPC provides small grants to the building owners to estimate the amount of space feasible for retail development.
