Kurt adavano promoted to COO at Advance Realty Group

Advance Realty Group announced the promotion of Kurt R. Padavano to chief operating officer of the company.

A 13-year veteran of Advance Realty Group, Padavano will oversee all company operations in his new role.

Prior to this promotion, Padavano was COO of the company's Advance Realty Management division where he oversaw management of an asset portfolio in excess of five million square feet in the mid-Atlantic through Northeast United States markets.

In addition to leading management operations, Padavano directed the business operations for a over 100 employees in the areas of human resources, information technology, insurance and risk management, corporate marketing, and acquisitions due diligence processes among others.
