RFR Realty LLC announced the appointment of Margaret M. Carlson to the position of portfolio director, managing the firm's seven-building, 1.6 million square foot Class-A Stamford, Conn. office portfolio. Carlson has more than 21 years of experience in commercial real estate. Previously, she served for 16 years as managing director for Equity Office Properties. Carlson successfully leased more than seven million square feet of space during her tenure. Carlson is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
