Paul Hewitt, investment associate in Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group, represented both the seller, Southwest Corner LLC, and the buyer, real estate investor John Rudder. The 3,600 SF mixed-use building comprising a Dunkin' Donuts store in the heart of Montclair's downtown commercial district sold for $1,465,000.
* An 8-unit multi-family property, located at 1118 Madison Street, Brooklyn for $750,000. The sale price reflects $100 per square foot, a capitalization rate of 9% and a Gross Rent Multiplier of 7. Dolly Amigon of Marcus & Millichap's Brooklyn Office represented the seller.
* A 6-unit multi-family property, located at 64 Palmetto Street, Brooklyn for $450,tl00. The sales price reflects $109 per square foot, a capitalization rate of 7.7% and a Gross Rent Multiplier of 7. Dolly Amigon of Marcus & Millichap's Brooklyn Office represented the seller.
