Davis Marcus Partners announced that David Allen has joined the Company as Leasing Manager for its Class A CT/Westchester County portfolio. This newly created position is the result of the Company's growth and success in the marketplace. Davis Marcus began construction on its new 250,000 square foot Class A Wilton Corporate Park speculative development project and is expecting to continue the renaissance of the Route 7 corridor.

Allen will be spearheading the leasing effort for the Fairfield portfolio and will be responsible for the formulation and execution of the division's business plan. Prior to joining Davis Marcus, Allen spent the majority of his career in the commercial real estate brokerage industry, most recently at CB Richard Ellis in New York City. Mr. Allen is a graduate of Syracuse University.
