Insurance giant, Allstate, locks in 28,000 s/f Garden City lease

The Treeline Companiesannounced that Allstate, the nation's largest publicly held insurance firm, renewed a 28,000 s/f lease on the fifth floor of 1225 Franklin Avenue Plaza in Garden City, New York. Kraig Silver, Senior Vice President of Treeline Companies, made the announcement.
CB Richard Ellis' Raymond Ruiz, Marianne Dugan and John Morris represented All state in the renewal negotiations. Mr. Silver represented the owner, The Treeline Companies.
