Mahwah retail center exclusive

The Goldstein Group has been appointed exclusive leasing agent for Gateway Center located at 17 Franklin Turnpike in Mahwah, New Jersey.
Neil Goldstein, principal, and Chuck Lanyard, principal and director of brokerage services, are responsible for marketing this new retail center.
"We are very pleased to be named the exclusive leasing agent for Gateway Center," stated Chuck Lanyard. "This approved retail center is a prime retail site with end cap units that will be ideal for a bank or restaurant looking for a highly visible location in an extremely desirable neighborhood."
When completed, Gateway Center will consist of 27,000 square feet of prime retail space. The anticipated completion for this project is Spring 2008. Neighboring tenants include A&P, Sunoco, Goodyear, PNC Bank, Game Stop, CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin' Donuts and Bank of America.
