Real Estate Weekly, August 1, 2007
CommVault[R], a leading provider of Unified Data Management[R] solutions, has renewed its 123,000-square-foot headquarters lease at Monmouth Park Corporate Center II, 2 Crescent Place in Oceanport, announced David Zwang of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.
The renewal represents one of the largest commercial real estate transactions in Monmouth County to date in 2007.
Zwang, who represented CommVault in the long-term renewal, also brokered the firm's initial, 45,000-square-foot lease at 2 Crescent Place in 1997. "CommVault continues to evolve its business, and 2 Crescent Place continues to accommodate its needs," Zwang noted. "Being able to grow in p!ace is a real cost savings advantage for the company, which maintains a sophisticated fit out, with extensive development labs and technology." "With 10 years in this same location, we are pleased to maintain our offices with MPCCII" he said.
"Providing us with convenient access to both Philadelphia and Manhattan, our New Jersey operations will continue to yield future growth opportunities for our company, both in terms of attracting personnel and expanding our enterprise customer base."
