Goldstein tapped to move Levitz space

Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, New Jersey's leading full-service retail brokerage firm, announced the company has been selected to handle two former Levitz Furniture spaces in Paramus and East Brunswick, New Jersey.

,We're pleased to be handling these two new assignments" stated Lanyard. "Both properties are prime retail sites on major highways and have the potential to be divided into smaller units to accommodate tenant needs.

The highly-visible 115,000 s/f Paramus space is located at 545 Route 17, adjacent to Babies R Us. Other retailers in the area include Staples, T.J. Maxx, Home Depot, Lord & Taylor, Crate & Barrel, The Container Store, and Bed Bath & Beyond. Chuck Lanyard is handling this assignment. The free-standing, 50,000 s/f East Brunswick building, located at 651 Route 18, is available for sale or lease. Retailers in the area include A&P, Kmart, Toys R Us, Babies R Us. Home Depot, Olive Garden, Guitar Center, Barnes & Noble and Golfsmith. Curtis Nassau and Florian Suserman of The Goldstein Group are handling this assignment.
