DUMBO drawing law firms

Two Trees Management Co. announced the arrival of several law firms in DUMBO. McMahon, Martine & Gallagher, LLP; Leventhal & Klein, LLP; The Law Offices of Florence D. Zabokritsky, PLLC; and Spodek Law Group P.C.

At 55 Washington St., a building boasting 13-foot ceilings, river views and floor-to-ceiling windows, McMahon, Martine & Gallagher has signed a ten-year lease for 12,147 s/f in Suite 720. Louise Ehrmann, director of Leasing for Two Trees Management Co. represented the landlord and John Mambrino of Studley represented the tenant.

45 Main Street, with 7-foot high windows, high-speed internet wiring and a renovated lobby with an attendant, is also attracting many prestigious tenants, including Leventhal & Klein, LLP. The firm is leasing 3,552 s/f for seven years. Caroline Pardo, associate director of leasing for Two Trees Management Co. represented the landlord. There was no broker representing the tenant.

Also signing at 45 Main Street are The Law Offices of Florence D. Zabokritsky, PLLC, and Spodek Law Group P.C. The Law Offices of Florence D. Zabokritsky, PLLC has signed a three-year lease for 1,015 s/f of office space. Spodek Law Group signed a 2-year lease for 1,300 s/f. On both deals, Caroline Pardo represented the landlord.
