The Kislak Company, Inc. recently completed the $784,000 sale of 1173-1181 Springfield Ave., a 5,638 s/f retail center in Irvington. Sales associate Robert Squires represented the buyer, a private investor, and the seller. Located next to the Wachovia Bank at the intersection of Springfield and Stuyvesant Avenues, the retail center consists of seven retail units and two billboards.

Tenants include a Kennedy Fried Chicken restaurant, a delicatessen, a salon and a Dollar Store. The buyer is planning a capital improvement program. Two retail units are available for lease.
