Countdown to annual Co-op & Condo Expo underway

The Cooperator's 21st Annual Co-op & Condo Expo on April 29 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Hilton New York, 1335 Avenue of the Americas, will reflect the growing demand for high-tech security options and practical energy solutions by boards and associations of multi-family residential communities in the New York metro area with a marked increase in exhibitors from these sectors over previous years, announces Henry Robbins, executive vice president of Yale Robbins, publisher of The Cooperator and producer of the Expo.

The 300-plus building services and products booths at the 2008 Expo will also feature more architects and engineers, mortgage brokers and lenders, fire protection and pest control vendors. Moreover, this year's expanded bookstore and six seminars will address a range of topics pertaining to decision-making in myriad building dynamics.

"Each year the Expo becomes larger and more diversified," says Robbins. "But more importantly, it consistently responds to a given year's unique set of market conditions within that growth. Between the prevalence of certain highly-relevant industry-specific booths, the free seminar topics and the content of the bookstore, attendees can always expect a grander Expo which addresses the issues of the day."

Over the course of more than two decades, The Cooperator's Annual Co-op & Condo Expo has quadrupled in size with over 300 exhibitors; free advice booths; raffles with great prizes; complimentary copies of "The Cooperator's Official Directory of Co-op & Condo Services;" cyber cafe; and a gourmet food court. It is anticipated that the 2008 Expo will be attended by more than 5,000 New York metro area visitors. In addition to the New York show, Expo producer Yale Robbins, Inc. is introducing The New Jersey Cooperator's Premier Condo, HOA & Co-op Expo to specifically serve the New Jersey, Delaware and Philadelphia markets.
