Eco-friendly Mad move

Gaiam, a provider of information, goods and services to customers who value the environment, has committed to 12,000 s/f of office space at 350 Madison Avenue.
The eco-friendly on-line retailer and media company will be relocating its New York City offices currently located at 100 Park Avenue. Asking rents at 350 Madison are in the $90 per-square foot range.
The CB Richard Ellis team of Dirk Hrobsky and Jon Schulman negotiated the long-term lease on behalf of Gaiam. Colliers ABR acted for the ownership.
Said Hrobsky, "The space at 350 Madison Avenue provided our client with the ideal platform to continue to grow its brand."
