Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, executive vice president, of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Leasing and Sales Division, exclusively represented Who.A.U in a lease for a second U.S. location at the Garden State Plaza, one of the country's largest and most popular retailing centers.

Having opened to great fanfare in the Stamford Town Center earlier this month, Who.A.U is briskly executing its national expansion plan. The latest store will occupy more than 7,000 s/f in Paramus, New Jersey's premier shopping mall.

"We are thrilled to be the exclusive national agents for this brand, whose collegiate and surfer apparel is targeted to 19- to 22-year-olds, customers of Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitch," said Aquino.

Who.A.U--pronounced "who are you"--is a clothing brand owned by a South Korea-based conglomerate comprised of 45 apparel and home furnishing divisions. The company plans to open 450 stores nationwide over the next ten years, becoming one of the first Korean brands to enter the U.S. market so aggressively.

"Who.A.U promises to be a unique addition to the trendy and fashionable Garden State Plaza, which boasts more than 375 shops," explains Consolo. "We are continuing to identify additional locations for more stores, mostly within the tri-state area and look forward to helping Who.A.U achieve its goals."
