Opportunity knocking for Harlem investors

Massey Knakal Realty Services has been retained on an exclusive basis to sell The Omni Townhouse Portfolio--five vacant townhouses in the Central Harlem and Hamilton Heights areas of Manhattan with a combined asking price of $5,050,000.

There is also the flexibility to purchase the buildings as a package or an individual basis.

The portfolio offers an opportunity to purchase and customize Manhattan townhouses. The package includes 52, 56 and 68 West 126th Street; 152 West 128th Street; and 518 West 150th Street.

The five buildings range from 17' to 19' in width, are comprised of 3,360 square feet to 3,780 square feet and range in price from $950,000 to $1,100,000.
