Planned Companies announced four additions to its staff: Alan Hardney, Michael R. Kinney, Samir (Sammy) Regjaj and Melinda Maysonet.

Alan Hardney joins Planned Security Services as the operations manager for New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. In his new position, he will lead the regional managers responsible for the tri-state area as well as provide assistance to the vice president of operations. Hardney brings 10 years experience in the field of security management, is certified as a drug elimination coordinator, UPCS (uniform physical condition standards) inspector, and a public housing manager.

Michael R. Kinney joins as regional manager for Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia. His job duties entail maintaining customer retention through effective employee monitoring and coordination. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice from the University of Illinois in Chicago.

Samir (Sammy) Regjaj joins as regional manager for Northwestern, New Jersey. In this position, he will maintain customer retention through effective employee monitoring, training oversight and supervision. He has an HVAC certification, EPA technician certification and is a Cisco certified security professional.

Melinda Maysonet joins as an executive assistant reporting to the executive staff. She will assist with new business development, marketing, branding and administrative support. She holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in human services from Audrey Cohen College, and a Master of Arts in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
