Alchemy breaks ground on Hudson Hill

Real Estate Weekly,  Oct 31, 2007

Manhattan-based developer Alchemy Properties announced the groundbreaking of its newest luxury residential building, Hudson Hill Condominium, located at 462 West 58th St., between Ninth and Tenth avenues at the nexus of Columbus Circle West and the Time Warner Center.

Designed by FXFowle Architects and named after its prime location near the Hudson River, Hudson Hills Condominium's will boast a unique trespa facade, a high-quality panel system with an attractive redwood design. The panels are designed to create a comfortable and healthy indoor environment by reflecting light while ensuring a weather-proof and well-insulated building. When completed, Hudson Hill Condominium will contain 67 one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences priced from $900,000 to $2,980,000 and ranging in size from 760 s/f to 3,253 s/f.

Amenities at Hudson Hill Condominium will include a 24-7 lobby attendant, live-in super, video-intercom system, common recreation room and an outdoor patio. "Hudson Hill Condominium will not only be a wonderful addition to one of New York's most desirable neighborhoods, but also the first residential buildings in New York City to have a wood-paneled trespa facade that will be very unique," said Kenneth S. Horn, president of Alchemy Properties.
