Massey Knakal Realty Services announced the following sales:

* A 20-by-100-foot deep parcel of land with plans for a 15-story condo building at 304 Fifth Avenue in a transaction valued at $7,500,000. Massey Knakal broker Brock Emmetsberger exclusively represented the seller with vice chairman John Ciraulo.

* A five-story apartment building with 21 rent stabilized units at 434 East 83rd Street in an all-cash transaction valued at $3,800,000. Massey Knakal broker James Nelson exclusively represented the seller with broker Tom Gammino.

* A 25-foot-wide, four-story carriage house at 162 East 92nd Street in a transaction valued at $6,300,000. Massey Knakal broker Cory Rosenthal exclusively represented the seller.

* A four-story plus basement parking garage at 161 West 132nd Street in Central Harlem was sold for $5 million. The transaction occurred at a capitalization rate of 2.23%.

The property sold for $219.30 psf. Patrick O'Malley, exclusively represented the seller.
