Meredith Oppenheim

Granite Partners, LLC announced that Meredith Oppenheim has joined the firm as senior vice president. Oppenheim's primary role will be to expand the firm's healthcare real estate practice into the area of senior housing transactions.
Oppenheim has extensive experience in the senior housing sector, having worked with many of the leading senior housing owner/operators and developers, including Marriott Senior Living, Sunrise Senior Living and K. Hovnanian. She has also been an advisor on senior housing transactions to major investment banks, private equity firms and hedge funds.
