Fragrance supplier takes 25,600 s/f

The Hampshire Companies has announced that Aroma Tech, an innovative high quality fragrance supplier, has leased 25,636 s/f at its recently renovated flex building located at 140 Centennial Avenue in Piscataway, New Jersey.

The property is a part of the Hampshire Partners Fund VI portfolio, Hampshire's $235 million institutional real estate investment fund.

140 Centennial Avenue is a state-of-the-art facility, ideal for the most technologically advanced users, including biotechnology, aeronautics, or pharmaceutical.

CB Richard Ellis is the exclusive leasing agent for the property which currently offers approximately 60,000 square feet of availability.
