Real Estate Weekly, June 27, 2007
Jones Lang LaSalle recently completed a 46,229 s/f direct lease to The Hanover Insurance Group (The Hanover) at 400 Atrium Drive, a 347,555 s/f Class A office building within Atrium Corporate Park in Somerset, New Jersey.
The Jones Lang LaSalle team of Senior Vice President Susan Mason, Executive Vice President Thomas Reilly and Leasing Specialist Brian Cass represented the owner, LaSalle Investment Management, in the transaction.
The Hanover previously operated out of Piscataway, NJ.
"We are extremely pleased to add such a prestigious tenant to the Park's outstanding roster of tenants," stated Mason.
"Over the past five months, we have completed over 124,000 square feet of leases at Atrium Corporate Park, with The Hanover lease being the largest. Atrium Corporate Park offers the location and amenities that continues to draw tenants from throughout the region."
Reilly added, "Atrium Corporate Park is the most active office park in Somerset County.
"We have experienced this due to a host of factors but most notably the extraordinary value proposition tenants are offered.
"With several outstanding blocks of space remaining, we anticipate a continued strong demand."
"Atrium Corporate Park provides a first-class working environment and location for our more than 150 employees," said Michael R. Christiansen, Regional President.
GVA Williams and CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in this transaction.
