The Building Owners and Managers Association of New Jersey (BOMA), awarded Cooper Pest Solutions with The Office Building of the Year Award (TOBY) for the office building under 100,000 s/fcategory at the Office Building of the Year Awards.

The TOBY Award is one of the most prestigious awards given in the real-estate industry. The comprehensive criteria for the award includes; excellence in building management, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning, and community impact.

Cooper Pest Solutions, a premier pest control company specializing in the reduction of pesticide and chemical usage, was pleasantly surprised with the news that they won the award.

Cooper Pest Solutions, located at 351 Lawrence Station Road, is a 6,800 square foot office building is home to 58 employees. The building's amenities are numerous and have contributed to a high employee retention rate."
