REW launches website
Real Estate Weekly, June 27, 2007
Real Estate Weekly, the only weekly newspaper dedicated to exclusively covering Manhattan's commercial real estate industry, will be unveiling its all new website this week.
By going to the site's address, www.rew-online.com, users will now be able to access exclusive online content and breaking news, previews of stories that will be featured in KEW's print edition, as well as a comprehensive archive of past articles dating back to 1991. The site, which will have an attractive new layout and design, will also allow advertisers an extensive gallery to post photographs, a feature that is expected to be extremely popular for those wishing to publicize parties and events. REW-Online.com will continue to provide advertising rate card and subscription information, making it more convenient than ever for visitors to subscribe and advertise in the paper.
An essential source of real estate news and information for over 50 years, REW has come to be known as the "Bible of the Real Estate Industry" and is considered an indispensable tool for every real estate professional. The website is reflective of the paper's continued commitment to providing its readers with timely, in depth coverage of the news and issues that matter most to the real estate industry. "The new design will keep readers informed with exclusive content found only on the site," Christopher Hagedorn, publisher, said. "The link to 16 years of archived articles will allow people to research buildings, deals and people."
Dan Geiger, a staff reporter for the paper, has been appointed REW's online editor.
"Real Estate Weekly's new website will allow readers access to news as it happens and will provide also a preview of what's to come in the print edition of the paper," said Geiger. "The site will allow REW to give its readers more information about what's going on in the market while continuing to provide the kind of in depth news coverage that has carved the paper an essential place on the desk of every real estate professional."
