NAI Friedland Realty Inc. recently completed a $1.255M sale on a 10,000 s/f industrial building on 25,000 s/f of property at 161 Saw Mill River Road in Yonkers. The seller, DBag International, a distributor of Jacuzzi and bathroom fixtures, will remain at the location for three years under a lease-back agreement.

Industrial associate Daryl Rubin of Friedland Realty's Industrial Division represented the buyer, Curran Construction of Yonkers, and Tony Lembeck, executive vice president, also in Friedland's Industrial Division, represented the seller.
