Ruger offers custom engraving

Shooting Industry,  Feb, 2004

Sturm Ruger has opened The Ruger Studio of Art and Decoration, a "custom gun engraving facility dedicated to the creation of individualized firearms artistry."

This is good news for Ruger dealers and gun owners. Gun dealers can benefit by handling the shipping and receiving of firearms to and from Ruger. And there are going to be a lot of gun owners who will jump at the chance to have their Ruger firearms embellished by the company's engravers.

"Ruger has assembled a group of artisans without peer. Our master artist and chief engraver, Paul Lantuch, is a virtuoso whose experience spans over 30 years. The Studio is composed of a dedicated and talented group of craftsmen quite skilled in an international array of decorative styles and techniques," said Steve Sanetti, president of Sturm, Ruger.
