Child Artists converged on Washington DC from all around the world for the five-day 2003 International ChildArt Festival. World-acclaimed author and Blue Dog artist George Rodrigue taps the talent and energy of the children as they create a masterpiece of cooperative art on September 11th on the Washington Mall. This show reveals step-by-step how paint, canvas, and a huge metal pyramid are melded to form a breathtaking piece of art.
