The Tea Association of the United States notes that tea sales increased from $1.84 billion to $5.03 billion between 1990 and 2003. But tea still has a stodgy reputation. Southern Comfort Tea was recently launched to make tea more fun. A licensed, non-alcoholic product from First Colony Coffee & Tea Company, it comes in four flavors, original, Peach Delight, Cherry Creme and Orange Social, plus decaf.
MSRP is $3.95 for 25-bag, 1.46-ounce tins. Consumers can now drink lots of Southern Comfort, without hangover worries.
