Jennifer Roberson and John Youngman promoted to Vice President

Decade Systems Corp., the prominent integration solutions provider in the mortgage industry, today announced the promotion of both Jennifer Roberson and John Youngman to vice president.

Roberson is now responsible for the Southern sales region and Youngman is responsible for the Western sales region.

As vice presidents, Roberson and Youngman assume responsibility for generating revenues for their respective regions, recruiting and training additional sales personnel and providing support and assistance to current clients.

Roberson joined Decade Systems in June 2001 and her professional experience includes eight years in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Decade Systems, Roberson spent time in the lending sector working with HomeSide Lending, Alliance Mortgage Company, and pricelinemortgage, a partner of priceline.com, in operations and logistics relating to new technology initiatives and process re-engineering. She has also worked with ALLTEL Information Services, where she provided client services in the area of training and implementation. Roberson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with majors in both Marketing and Management from the University of North Florida.

Youngman joined Decade Systems in November 2000 and has nearly 20 years of information technology, marketing, business development and corporate management experience, which includes ten years in mortgage lending technology and e-business. Prior to joining Decade Systems, Youngman managed the marketing technology department at Lenders Service Inc., and was in charge of sales management at ALLTEL's InterChange. In each environment, Youngman contributed to the success of utilizing e-business resources, business practices and tools to improve the lending process for origination, secondary marketing and servicing business activities. Before entering the mortgage industry, Youngman served as vice president of Client Services at Ketchum Communications in Manhattan. Youngman holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Asian Studies from William Paterson University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
