> Montpelier, Vt.-based musicmusicmusic.com, the only Webcaster licensed by the Recording Industry Association of America, announced a franchise agreement with United Arab Emirates' Abu Dhabi-based Khaleej.com, a company dedicated to taking Middle Eastern culture and music out into the world. The agreement represents the first of what is expected to grow into 20 franchises globally that will allow each partner to tap into the massive music database of musicmusicmusic, according to CEO Wolfgang Spegg.
